Everything between “build the campaign” and “know what it earned.”
DLTrack covers the whole loop: publish to Meta, keep structure and spend in sync, automate the busywork, and trace revenue back to the ad that produced it.
Build it once, reuse it forever.
A guided builder that follows Meta's real publishing constraints — objectives, budget types, placements, creative formats — so a campaign that validates in DLTrack is a campaign Meta will accept. Save the structures you repeat as templates, and clone proven campaigns into another ad account without rebuilding them by hand.
- Objective-aware — the form only offers what's valid for the objective you picked.
- Templates — save a whole campaign shape and spin up the next one in seconds.
- Cross-account cloning — copy a winning structure into a different ad account.
- Media library — pick creatives you've already uploaded instead of re-uploading.
Always current, without you hitting refresh.
Campaigns, ad sets, ads, and their performance numbers pull from Meta on a schedule. Insights run through an asynchronous report pipeline with a run ledger and reconciliation, so a slow or throttled report gets retried and backfilled rather than silently leaving a hole in your data.
- Scheduled structure sync — new and changed objects appear on their own.
- Per-account circuit breaker — one failing account never stalls the others.
- Inline editing — change budget, bid, or status in the table; it's pushed to Meta.
- Timezone-aligned days — daily numbers line up across accounts instead of drifting.
| Ad account | Structure | Insights | State |

| Acme — EU | 3 min ago | 12 min ago | Healthy |

Rules that act, and always show their work.
Write conditions against any synced metric — spend, ROAS, CPA, frequency, budget pacing — and pick the action: pause, adjust budget, or notify. Every evaluation and every action is recorded with the numbers that triggered it, so an automated change is never a mystery you have to reverse-engineer in Ads Manager.
- Any synced metric — including revenue-based metrics, not just Meta's own.
- Decision trail — the condition, the values, the action, the timestamp.
- Kill switch — halt all automation across the workspace in one click.
- Notifications — get told what happened by email or browser push.
Follow the money back to the creative.
Conversions carry the ad, ad set, and campaign that produced them, so revenue lands on the same row as the spend that bought it. Daily rollups turn that into revenue, profit, and ROAS you can sort a table by — which means “what do I kill?” stops being a research project.
- Ad-level granularity — compare creatives, not just campaigns.
- Profit column — revenue minus spend, already calculated.
- Daily rollups — stable day boundaries for week-over-week comparisons.
- Feeds your rules — automate on ROAS, not just on Meta-side metrics.

The parts that make it usable every day
Small things that decide whether a tool becomes your daily driver or another tab you forget to open.
Teams & roles
Owner, admin, member, and viewer roles, with access granted per ad account — a teammate sees only the accounts they're assigned.
Search & saved views
Jump to any campaign with a keyboard palette, and save the filter-and-column setups you rebuild every morning.
Deltas at a glance
Every row carries its change against the previous period, so a drop announces itself instead of hiding in a number.
Notifications
Email and real browser push for the events you care about — rule actions, sync failures, budget thresholds.
Guardrails
Circuit breakers, a kill switch, and a decision trail — the controls that let you trust automation with real budget.
Display timezone
Read every account in your own timezone while the underlying data stays aligned to each account's own stat days.
From connected to useful, in three steps
Connect
Authorise with Meta, pick your ad accounts, and DLTrack imports the campaigns, ad sets, and ads you already run.
Sync
Structure and insights refresh on a schedule, reconciled against Meta so gaps get backfilled instead of ignored.
Operate
Edit inline, set your rules, and work from one table where spend and revenue sit side by side.
What changes when it's all in one place
| Job to be done | Ads Manager + spreadsheet + tracker | DLTrack |
|---|---|---|
| See revenue against spend | Export, match on IDs, hope the dates line up | Same row, same table, already rolled up daily |
| Change a budget | Find the ad set, open it, edit, repeat per account | Edit inline in the table; pushed straight to Meta |
| Pause a losing ad set overnight | A rule tool with limited metrics, or you do it manually | A rule on your own ROAS, with a trail of what it did |
| Launch a repeat structure | Rebuild it by hand, or duplicate and fix the drift | Apply a template, or clone across ad accounts |
| Know why something changed | Guess, or dig through Ads Manager's change log | Decision trail with the values that triggered it |
The questions we get most
How often does data sync from Meta?
Structure and insights sync on a recurring schedule, and insights run through an asynchronous report pipeline that retries and reconciles rather than dropping a slow report. You can also see when each account last synced.
Can I still work in Ads Manager?
Yes. DLTrack reads from and writes to Meta through the Marketing API, so changes made anywhere show up here after the next sync. Nothing breaks if a teammate edits directly in Ads Manager.
Which campaign types can the builder publish?
The builder follows Meta's current publishing constraints per objective, including Advantage+ shopping and app campaign restrictions. Where Meta forbids a combination, the builder won't let you construct it in the first place.
How does conversion tracking connect to my store?
Conversions arrive with the Meta ad, ad set, and campaign identifiers attached, which is what lets DLTrack roll revenue up against spend at ad level. If you want the specifics for your setup, ask us — it's a short conversation.
Do automations need my supervision?
They're designed not to. Rules evaluate on a schedule, actions are logged with the values behind them, and a workspace-wide kill switch stops everything if you want to intervene.
Is there a limit on ad accounts or teammates?
Workspaces handle multiple ad accounts and multiple people out of the box, with per-ad-account access control. If you manage an unusual number of accounts, tell us what you're running and we'll be straight with you about fit.
See it against your own numbers.
Connect one ad account and judge it on your data, not on a demo dataset.
