At DLTrack, we respect your right to control your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request deletion of your data from our platform, including data we've collected from your Facebook account.

This policy complies with Facebook's Platform Terms and data deletion requirements, as well as applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.

2. What Data Can Be Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will delete the following information:

2.1 Account Information

  • Your name, email address, and profile information
  • Account credentials (passwords are already encrypted)
  • Billing information
  • User preferences and settings

2.2 Facebook Data

  • Facebook account connection information
  • Access tokens (immediately revoked and deleted)
  • Ad account data (account IDs, names, balances, spending information)
  • Campaign, ad set, and ad information
  • Performance insights and analytics data
  • Any cached Facebook data stored in our database

2.3 Usage Data

  • Automation rules you created
  • Tracking links and click data
  • Conversion events and attribution data
  • Reports and saved analytics

2.4 Data We May Retain

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records for accounting and tax purposes (up to 7 years)
  • Aggregated and anonymized analytics data that cannot identify you
  • Records required for legal compliance or dispute resolution
  • Backup copies (automatically deleted within 90 days)

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You have multiple options to request deletion of your data:

3.1 Delete Your Account (Recommended)

The easiest way to delete your data is to delete your account directly from our platform:

  1. Log in to your DLTrack account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Account
  3. Click "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm your decision
  5. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days

3.2 Disconnect Facebook Account Only

If you only want to remove Facebook data but keep your account:

  1. Log in to your DLTrack account
  2. Navigate to Settings > Facebook Integration
  3. Click "Disconnect Facebook Account"
  4. All Facebook-related data will be deleted within 30 days

3.3 Email Request

Send an email to our data privacy team:

We will respond to your request within 7 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

3.4 Facebook Data Deletion Request

You can also request deletion through Facebook:

  1. Go to your Facebook Settings > Apps and Websites
  2. Find DLTrack in the list
  3. Click "Remove"
  4. Select "Delete all your activities"

Facebook will send us a data deletion request, and we will process it automatically within 30 days.

4. Data Deletion Timeline

Our data deletion process follows this timeline:

Day 0
Request Received: We receive your deletion request and send you a confirmation email
Day 1-3
Verification: We verify your identity and ensure the request is legitimate
Day 3-7
Account Deactivation: Your account is deactivated and you can no longer access the Service
Day 7-30
Data Deletion: All your data is permanently deleted from our production systems
Day 30-90
Backup Deletion: Data is removed from backup systems during routine backup rotation
Day 90
Complete: All traces of your data are removed from our systems (except legally required records)

5. What Happens After Deletion

Once your data is deleted:

  • You will no longer be able to access your account
  • All your campaigns, automation rules, and reports will be deleted
  • Your Facebook account connection will be revoked
  • We will no longer have access to your Facebook advertising data
  • Any tracking links you created will stop working
  • Your subscription will be cancelled (no further charges)
  • You will need to create a new account if you want to use our Service again

6. Confirmation and Status

After requesting data deletion:

  • You will receive an immediate confirmation email
  • You can check the status by contacting our support team
  • You will receive a final confirmation email once deletion is complete
  • We will provide a confirmation code for your records

7. Facebook Platform Compliance

In compliance with Facebook's Platform Terms and Policies:

  • We honor all data deletion requests received from Facebook
  • We implement Facebook's data deletion callback URL
  • We delete all Facebook data within 30 days of receiving a deletion request
  • We provide deletion confirmation codes as required by Facebook
  • We maintain audit logs of deletion requests for compliance purposes
