DLTrack started as an internal tool for managing our own Meta ad accounts. It got built because switching between Ads Manager, spreadsheets, and third-party trackers was slowing down every decision that actually mattered — what to scale, what to kill, and what made money.

It grew into a single workspace: build and publish campaigns the way Meta expects them, keep structure and spend synced without manual refreshes, automate the rules you'd otherwise run by hand at 11pm, and trace every dollar of revenue back to the ad that earned it.

We're a small team building for people who run ad accounts for a living — not marketing generalists, not agencies chasing every platform at once. Everything in the product got added because it removed a real step from a real day.

How we build

Four things we won't trade away

These aren't slogans — they're the reasons certain features exist and others got rejected.

Automation you can audit

Anything that moves real budget has to explain itself. That's why every rule action writes a decision trail with the values that triggered it, and why a kill switch exists at all.

Meta's rules, not our approximation

The builder follows Meta's real publishing constraints. If a structure won't publish, you find out in the form — not after a failed API call and twenty minutes of guessing.

Numbers that reconcile

Spend, revenue, and day boundaries have to agree across accounts and timezones. Data that's almost right is worse than no data, because you act on it.

Fewer clicks, always

Inline editing, saved views, keyboard search. If a daily task takes six clicks, that's a bug we haven't fixed yet.

The path so far

Built in the order the pain showed up

Step one

Get the data out of Ads Manager

Structure and insights sync, so campaigns, ad sets, ads, and spend live somewhere we could actually query and sort.

Step two

Stop rebuilding the same campaign

A publishing builder that respects Meta's constraints, plus templates and cross-account cloning for structures we launched over and over.

Step three

Close the revenue loop

Conversion tracking that carries ad, ad set, and campaign identifiers, rolled up daily into revenue, profit, and ROAS beside spend.

Step four

Make it run without us

Automation rules on any synced metric, with a decision trail, notifications, and per-account circuit breakers so one bad account can't take the rest down.

Now

Sharpening the daily driver

Saved views, row-level deltas, keyboard search, and the small frictions that decide whether a tool is the first tab you open each morning.

Tell us what's still missing.
