Built for Meta media buyers— campaign ops in one place

Know which ad made money before lunch, not by Friday.

DLTrack pulls your campaign structure and spend out of Meta, ties every conversion back to the ad that earned it, and runs your scaling rules around the clock — in one table you can actually edit.

01 The problem

It's 9:14am. You still can't answer one question.

Not a hard question. The only question: which ad actually made money yesterday? Here's what standing between you and the answer looks like.

08:40
Open Ads Manager, four accounts, four tabs
Spend is here. Revenue isn't. Neither is yesterday's comparison.
08:55
Export CSVs, paste into the sheet
VLOOKUP against the tracker. One ad set ID doesn't match. Again.
09:14
Notice the losing ad set burned $300 overnight
It hit your kill threshold at 2am. Nobody was awake to pause it.
09:30
Finally scale the winner — on numbers from yesterday
By the time the picture is complete, the budget is already spent.
50 minutes gone, and the $300 is not coming back

The real cost isn't the 50 minutes

It's that every decision you make is made late, on stale numbers, with no record of why the last one was made. Three things break at once:

  • You scale late. Winners run under-funded for another day.
  • You kill late. Losers spend all night at full budget.
  • You can't audit. No trail of what changed, when, or why.

Multiply that by four accounts and five days a week. That's the thing DLTrack was built to delete.

02 The guide

We ran that morning for two years.

DLTrack started as the internal tool we built for our own Meta ad accounts, because reconciling four tabs before every decision was costing us more than any single bad campaign ever did. Everything in it exists because it deleted a step from a real day — ours first, then other buyers'.

03 The plan

Three steps, and the morning is gone for good

No tagging project, no data warehouse, no onboarding call. You can be looking at your own numbers today.

1

Connect your ad accounts

Authorise with Meta and pick the accounts you manage. Your existing campaigns, ad sets, and ads import as they are — nothing to rebuild.

2

Let the sync run

Structure and insights refresh on a schedule, reconciled against Meta so gaps get backfilled instead of silently ignored.

3

Write the rules once

The thresholds you'd check by hand at midnight become rules that run on their own — and log every action they take.

04 What you get

Four pieces that close the loop

Pick one to see what it actually looks like.

Build it once, reuse it forever

A builder that follows Meta's real publishing constraints, so a campaign that validates here is one Meta will accept. Save the structures you repeat, and clone winners into another ad account.

  • Objective-aware — only valid options are offered
  • Templates — the next launch takes seconds
  • Cross-account cloning — move a proven structure

05 The transformation

Same 8:40am. Flip the switch.

This is the whole pitch in one control: the identical morning, with and without the reconciliation tax.

Your morning today Your morning on DLTrack

08:40 — Gather

Four tabs, four exports, one spreadsheet that somebody forgot to update on Friday.

09:14 — Reconcile

Match spend to revenue by hand. Discover the $300 an ad set burned while you slept.

09:30 — Decide, late

Scale the winner using yesterday's numbers. Hope nothing moved overnight.

02:14 — Already handled

The rule paused the losing ad set at $302 spend and 0.84 ROAS. You were asleep. It's in the trail.

08:40 — Open one tab

Spend, revenue, profit, and ROAS are already on the same row, for every account.

08:44 — Decide, early

Sort by profit, raise the winner's budget inline, and it's live on Meta. Four minutes, done.

The five things people ask us first

Do I have to rebuild my campaigns in DLTrack?

No. DLTrack reads your existing structure straight from Meta — campaigns, ad sets, and ads import as they already are. The builder is for what you create next, not for migrating what exists.

Does editing in DLTrack actually change my ads on Meta?

Yes. Budget, bid, and status edits are written back through the Marketing API. What you see after a sync is what Meta has, not a local copy that drifts.

What happens if one ad account starts failing?

A per-account circuit breaker trips for that account only, and its state is visible in your workspace. Everything else keeps syncing instead of the whole queue backing up behind one bad token or rate limit.

Can I stop an automation if a rule misbehaves?

There's a kill switch that halts automation across the workspace, plus a decision trail showing every action a rule took and the condition that triggered it — so you can see exactly what happened before deciding what to undo.

Does it work with more than one ad account or teammate?

Yes. Workspaces support multiple ad accounts and multiple people, with per-ad-account access so a teammate only sees the accounts they're assigned to.

Tomorrow at 8:40, open one tab.

Connect an ad account, let the first sync run, and see spend and revenue on the same row before your coffee goes cold.
